  2. 2. Notion Database: Data source connected via a Notion-approved official integration to fill placeholders with data.

PDFOutput helps automate PDF generation in 3 simple steps:

Add Google Document

Your Google Doc file must have placeholders like {{First Name}} and {{Last Name}} that will be replaced with data from your Notion Database.

Connect your Notion Database through our Notion-approved official integration. The database should have column headers that match the placeholders in your Google Doc template such as First Name and Last Name. Each row will generate a new PDF.
